Defect/Hazard

It has been identified that due to a production error, some of the leaves in this product may have been manufactured too small. Therefore, they could pose a choking hazard if a child under 3 were to swallow them. The affected leaves do not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with European standard EN71-1.

What should I do?

Defect/Hazard

We have been made aware of a potential issue with the above products. Liewood has informed us that it has been identified that there is a potential risk due to breakable silicone parts which can oppose a serious choking risk, should a child put it into the mouth. This product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with European standard EN 12586.

Kids Concept - Aiden Wooden Fire Truck

Defect/Hazard:

We have recently been made aware of a quality issue regarding the hose component on the Aiden Fire Truck. The hose does not detach as it should do and in rare cases could pose a strangulation hazard. This fault only affects batch ID number 10672 which can be found on the back of the packaging under the barcode and on the actual product on the base (next to the CE mark). We have attached photos which gives full visual instructions on how to locate this number. Only number 10672 is affected, if your product has any other number, it is unaffected.

We have been made aware of a potential issue with this product HappyPlay Co has informed us of a potential issue with this product. It has been identified as Presenting a serious risk of choking due to the item possibly imitating food. This is in relation to the products size, colour, and shape. This may lead to children putting them in their mouth and the product being ingested. This product does not comply with the requirement of The Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011, General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard BS EN71 Food Imitating Directive.

What should I do?
