WE ARE OPEN
As everyone is aware these are unprecedented times and we are currently experiencing very high demand. Our warehouse team and couriers are working extremely hard to deliver your parcels on time, whilst adhering to strict safety guidelines. The majority of orders are arriving within 9 working days, however some parcels are taking 1-2 days longer to arrive. As always we are on hand to help, please contact us if you have a query.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free US shipping on orders over $200.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
All orders placed before Midday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after Midday will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items, the delivery information on the product page will state delivery time from ordering.
Who are our Couriers?
We use DHL tracked delivery, you can track your order via the link in your confirmation email.
I am purchasing from outside of the USA, what do I need to know?
Please note Scandiborn.com services the USA. If you are from outside the USA you will be redirected to your local website.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including zip code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days of delivery), please contact via our contact form. Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by DHL.
